WORK PROCESS

 Our Work Process

Success is in the planning!  Our work process is designed to consistently meet and exceed expectations on time, every time. With the right approach and open communication, we can work together to meet your needs.

Step 1: Obtaining a quote for your project

Whether you are six months out or six days out, we appreciate the opportunity to review your project prior to field measure. By providing plans, material specifications, and finish details, we can provide a free estimate for your project, any size and scope.

In order to deliver a timely job quote, we need the following inputs:

  • Sketch, House Plan or Architectural Drawings
  • Completed material selection sheet (link below)
  • Completed edge selection sheet (link below)
  • We can provide slab layouts to help see how to best utility the slabs and reduce waste, see below
  • Our quote will indicate the number of slabs of material you will need for a successful fabrication and installation
  • At this time, we will discuss material, sourcing materials, sink options, and deposit requirements

Step 2: Job Template

When your project is ready for field measure our project manager will come to the job site and create a digital template using a laser template tool.  The jobsite visit will assess access to the installation, take detailed measurements for fabrication and identify potential issues that would impact the installation process.  If the slabs have veining, we will photography the slabs and match the veins in CAD for your approval. At this time complete sink information and material delivery to our facility is critical. Most stone facilities take 4-5 business days to deliver slab material to our production facility.

Step 3: Job Fabrication

Once the design specifications, quote, and digital template are approved by the customer, fabrication will begin.  The digital template is converted to a CAD drawing that is cut with our state-of-the-art robotic technology. Our fabrication process is very efficient and reduces waste by effectively laying out the material on each slab to maximize the yield per stone slab. We strive to do as much shop fabrication as possible to reduce the amount of labor in the field and to maintain a clean jobsite for all of our partners

Step 4: Installation

Now the fun part! Our highly experienced installation crews will arrive and install your materials. The installation schedule date will be set once we have the sinks information and slabs onsite in our shop for fabrication (see steps 2 and 3).  Our long-term installation crews typically arrive at the jobs site between 8:30 and 10:00 AM. We work with jobsite safety at top of mind in every environment both efficiently and fast.
